About Me
My background spans both investing and operating, which is where most of the perspective here comes from. As an investment analyst at Marathon Ventures, the work focused on evaluating early-stage companies: market structure, business models, unit economics, competitive positioning, and the underlying drivers of scalable growth. On the operating side, Commercial Operations at Pave Bank adds the execution layer: turning strategy into process, translating product and risk constraints into workable client journeys, and making the day-to-day decisions required to scale responsibly.

I lead commercial operations for a licensed bank serving international businesses. Responsibilities cover onboarding and pipeline operations, process design, and performance reporting, turning product and risk requirements into clear workflows, internal playbooks, and client-facing proposals. Work is cross-functional by default, coordinating with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Engineering to improve execution quality and speed without weakening controls.
Investment Analyst

Led the end-to-end investment process across deal origination, founder calls, market and competitive research, diligence, and financial modeling, translating findings into clear investment memos and partner recommendations aligned with the fund’s thesis. Supported portfolio companies through planning and targeted introductions to customers, operators, and investors to accelerate growth. Owned fund reporting and performance tracking, maintaining portfolio metrics and contributing to quarterly LP updates. Improved internal workflows and tooling to increase team productivity and reduce recurring operating costs by over 50%.

Built and ran a multi-brand restaurant business in Bogotá, starting with a dark-kitchen model. Gained valuable experience handling the P&L and day-to-day operations, including pricing, unit economics, supplier management, and execution, expanding into additional concepts while maintaining operational discipline.
